Emily Mansur Volleyball Camp is for both girls and boys who desire a full day of volleyball training and instruction. Camp provides a healthy atmosphere in which campers can enjoy playing volleyball and developing friendships.
Players will develop their skills through frequent ball contact in a fun yet challenging environment. Games and competition will be used throughout camp as a learning tool with continued positive feedback.
This program is available to players of all ability levels. Campers are placed into groups of similar skill level in order to insure the most improvement, challenge and excitement. The intended goal is to motivate the skilled player, while teaching the beginner the basics to building a strong foundation in volleyball. All aspects of the game will be covered on both individual and team levels.
Our campers will have an opportunity to work Strength and Conditioning Coaches and practice key components of training at a fundamental level. Campers will engage in various training methods centered around dynamic warmups, footwork/footspeed, plyometrics, sprint speed, as well as agility/change of direction.
