A Medication Request Form must be filled out by your child's physician, and must either be sent into the camp office ahead of time or accompany the medication being dropped off.

Medication must be in the original container, including the label with your campers name, dosage, and the prescriber's name.

Summer Camp Staff Mandatory Dates 2026

Summer Camp 2026 Dates

Monday, June 29th – Friday, August 7th, 2026
Hours: 8:15am – 4:30pm
Camp is closed Friday, July 3rd
Employment the week of August 10 - August 14 by invitation only.

All staff members are required to be at camp at 8:00am, Monday June 29th, the first day of camp.

Your Camp Agreement is for summer camp season, including orientation and training days. Our campers are expecting to see you every day. Your salary will be prorated for any missed days. You must inform us prior to the start of camp of any conflicts due to graduation or college orientation.



2026 Orientation Dates

These orientation dates are mandatory.

The following days are essential to your learning and success at camp this summer.

Additional pre-camp trainings are required for specific positions (e.g. Swim & Adventure Staff). Those dates will be communicated to the appropriate staff closer to the start of camp.
