Courses span archaeology, biological and cultural anthropology, and one of the region鈥檚 only Food Studies minors, letting you explore everything from ancient civilizations to the politics of what we eat today.
You鈥檒l learn to decode culture, to see how meaning, identity, and power shape daily life. Fieldwork, research, and close mentorship prepare you to think like a global citizen and act with insight, whether you pursue careers in international development, health, education, or sustainability.
