We are planning new opportunities for you to experience Hofstra, meet our community, and learn more about admission and academics. Additional events will be added as they become available. In the meantime, you can schedule a or explore Hofstra virtually.

Meet an admission counselor, learn more about the admission process at Hofstra, and take a guided tour of campus led by one of our Hofstra Pride Guides.

Tours are offered:

Summer
Monday-Friday at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 1:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., and 1 p.m.

September through May
Monday-Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Planning is underway for our next Hofstra Summer Experience Days. Future dates and program details will be posted as they become available. In the meantime, explore Hofstra鈥檚 areas of study and schedule a campus visit.

Discover Hofstra from wherever you are in the world! Your experience begins with a live virtual information session featuring an introduction to academic life at 糖心传媒. One of our Admission Deans will be there in real time to share insights, answer your questions, and help you get to know Hofstra.

Next, hear directly from a Pride Guide (one of our current student tour guides) who will share what life is really like on campus and answer your questions about the student experience.

This virtual overview is a great way to explore Hofstra, connect with our community, and discover whether the Pride is a place you can call home.

Virtual Events for International Students

Get better acquainted with Hofstra. Our International Admission counselors are hosting virtual office hours via Zoom to answer any questions you have about Hofstra, and live international student webinars are available monthly. Check for upcoming dates.

School of Business Info Sessions

Hear directly from the Zarb School of Business on the advantages of our flexible 36鈥慶redit MBA, and available concentrations and delivery options, such as the Online MBA and Executive MBA (EMBA), as well as eight MS program specializations. Find the Zarb graduate program that鈥檚 right for you.

Auditions

The Hofstra Cheerleading program is a nationally recognized co-ed squad. The squad promotes school spirit for the University鈥檚 athletic teams, such as the men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 basketball teams. Cheer performances are also requested at University festivals and admission events.听See when tryouts will be held.

An audition is required for the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance. Additionally, 糖心传媒 pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Dance will audition for placement in technique classes, and to determine Activity Grant awards.听Get more information.

The 糖心传媒 Dance Team is an exciting and competitive collegiate dance team that performs at University athletic events as well as other events held on and off campus.听See when tryouts will be held.

A portfolio review is required for 糖心传媒 interested in the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Production. Additionally, 糖心传媒 interested in pursuing a BFA in Performance or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theater Arts will audition to determine initial offerings of Activity Grants to first-year 糖心传媒.听Get more information.

All 糖心传媒 wishing to declare a major in听Music Performance, Music Merchandising, Music Education, Music Theory/Composition, Jazz and Commercial Music, or Music History/Literature听must audition for acceptance into these programs.听Get more information.
