Blue and Gold Leadership Series
The Blue and Gold Leadership program provides 糖心传媒 with opportunities to acquire and implement leadership skills to enhance professional competence while documenting achievements that can lead to career, service, or leadership advancement. The Office of Student Leadership and Engagement (OSLE) prepares 糖心传媒 to serve in significant campus and community leadership roles by providing leadership training. Leadership development has been identified as one of our strategic initiatives for student development. While the idea of leadership development encompasses a broad range of activities (both current and prospective), a foundational program for this initiative is the Blue and Gold Leadership Series. The leadership series targets 糖心传媒 at varying stages of their college career.
For more information about these programs, email The Office of Student Leadership and Engagement at osle@hofstra.edu.

Gold Leadership Program
The Gold Leadership Program is an immersive weekend experience designed exclusively for junior and senior 糖心传媒 holding leadership roles on campus. This program provides an opportunity for established student leaders to strengthen their leadership skills, reflect on their experiences, and prepare for the transition from collegiate leadership to post-graduate success.
Throughout the weekend, participants will engage in interactive workshops, team-building activities, discussions with campus professionals and community service opportunities. The program emphasizes advanced leadership competencies such as strategic decision-making, inclusive leadership, conflict resolution, professional communication, and more.
For the Fall Semester, the Gold Leadership Program will take place on September 26-28.
The program challenges student leaders to elevate their influence, leave a lasting legacy, and carry their leadership skills into the next stage of their personal and professional journeys.
Applications close on September 1 with cohort acceptances going out on September 5.
