Dear Colleagues,
The Provost鈥檚 Office is excited to announce the second in a series of informal 鈥渞esearch mixers鈥 on Wednesday December 1st on the topic 鈥Diversity.鈥 The idea is to bring together researchers who share an interest in a broad topic area and foster multidisciplinary collaboration. Faculty from all disciplines are welcome. Light refreshments will be served.
This second event will begin with brief presentations about Diversity, followed by time to network and enjoy refreshments. Hofstra鈥檚 faculty will speak at this event:

- Richard Hayes, Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, Frank G. Zarb School of Business
- Christopher Niedt, Department of Sociology, Peter S. Kalikow School of Government, Public Policy and International Affairs.
